Provide Technical Support to Quest customers, focusing on migrations (mail, Teams, SharePoint) in an enterprise setting. Troubleshoot customers’ issues by recreating them in support lab environments and diagnosing complex issues, effectively communicating solutions. Maintain a personal queue of customer issues and interface with other departments to bring escalated issues to resolution.

This role involves collaborating with the Senior Systems Engineer to configure and implement Pro Cloud Server, Sparx EA, and Prolaborate. The ideal candidate will plan and configure Pro Cloud Server, Sparx EA, and Prolaborate implementation, coordinate on modernization efforts, and have experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and MS SQL Server.
