Technical Services Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, triage, and resolve production incidents across all severity levels while meeting SLA targets.
• Conduct detailed root cause analysis using logs, auditing data, and system diagnostics.

Required Skills:

• Strong SQL Server/T-SQL development and data analysis experience.
• Experience with C#/.NET, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and IIS/Windows Server.

Collaboration:

• Partner with Product, Development, Infrastructure, DBA, DevOps, and Customer-Facing teams.
• Prepare escalation packages and participate in customer calls for issue verification.

Environment:

• Remote US position with a full-time permanent schedule.
• Work across multiple time zones in a remote environment.
