As a Technical Consultant, you will be a member of the Veeva Systems Professional Services group providing consulting and technical architecture design on project teams implementing Veeva Vault R&D applications and Vault Platform cloud solutions to companies in the life sciences industry. This is a customer-facing role.

Work with customers to determine implementation solution architecture, considering integration needs. Analyse business, information & technical requirements into solutions. Consult with clients & deliver integration with workflow apps. Establish blueprint & deliver data transformations, mapping customer data into Coupa’s data model.

The MS Dynamics Solution Architect (Functional) will be critical in shaping and defining the strategy solutions components of DQM. We are looking for experienced Solution Architect with an excellent functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and related Microsoft cloud solutions. This role requires the ability to acknowledge opportunities and solve real world business problems.

Lead voice and digital AI Self-Service solutions for large, multi-location contact centers, design, develop and implement AI self-service applications with Google CCAI while interfacing with clients and driving towards defining solution requirements and technical design. Collaborate with project team members to provide input to conversation design specifications.
