Manager, Commercial Operations US Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer contract operations end-to-end, including MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and order forms.
• Maintain contract management systems, including templates, clause libraries, and governance processes.
• Lead commercial review processes for non-standard terms, partnering with external legal advisors.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Deal Desk, or related field.
• Proven experience negotiating and managing customer-facing commercial agreements.
• Ability to build, improve, and scale operational processes and governance frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary range of $120,000–$140,000 with equity eligibility.
