Primary Duties:

  • Case-specific paralegal work including maintaining case calendars, managing discovery needs, collecting and organizing documents and data, scheduling interviews, and working with outside counsel.
  • Conduct legal research on employment statutes, regulations, and case law, synthesizing findings into clear summaries.
  • Implement and maintain legal technology and AI solutions to enhance service delivery and streamline processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum six years of paralegal experience with substantial employment law and litigation background.
  • Familiarity with Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and state equivalents, plus proven expertise in discovery and e-discovery.
  • Experience in legal operations including managing outside counsel, vendors, budgets, and billing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Harvey in a legal context.
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI output and prompt effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for legal technology solutions and project management methodologies.
