About This Opportunity:
- We seek an experienced paralegal to support in-house counsel across corporate, commercial, contract, financing, regulatory, and litigation matters.
- This hands-on role requires working cross-functionally with Legal, Executive Leadership, Finance, Operations, investors, and outside counsel.
- Strong judgment, follow-through, and ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range of $95,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience.
- Eligibility for a discretionary quarterly performance bonus.
