Associate General Counsel (Project Finance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support and strategic advice for financing, construction, and operation of projects.
• Lead project finance transactions including debt, tax equity, and tax credit transfers.
• Manage negotiations of definitive documents and coordinate with outside counsel and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years experience in corporate law, M&A, or financing at a top-tier firm or legal department.
• Commercial contracts experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex agreements.
