Assist with employment, lease, vendor and other day-to-day practice operational matters. Administer and maintain operational databases including leases, legal and medical board claims for all worldwide subsidiaries. Monitor changes to government guidelines or regulations and submit reports on pertinent changes. Provides admin support to General Counsel and other attorneys.

Looking for a remote Waiver Legal Assistant to join the growing legal team and report directly to the Immigration Department Supervisor. Candidates should possess legal knowledge of immigration-related laws and be able to make reasoned decisions, with a client-service attitude and excellent case management skills. The role involves participating in all aspects of the Immigration practice, including assisting in the management of client relationships, case review, analysis, preparation, and filing of non-immigrant petitions.
