About the Role:

- Own commercial contracting for a growing client base.
What You'll Do:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Advise founders and in-house teams through Slack and calls.
- Own client relationships and build trust as go-to commercial counsel.
What We're Looking For:
- Five to eight years of commercial contracts experience.
- JD and active bar membership in a US jurisdiction; CA or NY preferred.
- Experience with SaaS agreements, MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and vendor deals.
