About the Role:
- Early hire on a small legal team reporting to Head of Legal.
What You'll Do:
- Draft and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, vendor, and partner agreements.
- Partner with GTM and Engineering to balance risk and business objectives.
What You Bring:
- JD and bar membership with 3+ years commercial transactions experience.
- 2+ years in-house at a B2B tech company.
