Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, and NDA documents.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide business-oriented legal guidance and support company growth.
- Support contract administration, vendor management, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership.
- 4+ years of legal experience, ideally in healthcare, health-tech, or technology.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
