Senior Corporate Counsel

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel with deep BPaaS experience to serve as a strategic legal partner.
• This role structures complex transactions and has daily impact on our growth.

Your Impact:

• Provide practical legal advice to sales professionals and stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including BPaaS and SaaS agreements.
• Serve as lead counsel on BPaaS engagements, advising on SLAs and risk allocation.

What You Bring:

• 7-10 years of commercial law experience, ideally in-house at a technology company.
• Demonstrated experience structuring BPaaS or outsourced services agreements.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in healthcare (e.g., URAC, NCQA).
