Senior Commercial Counsel (Director Level)

Role Overview:

• Support the go-to-market team by reviewing and negotiating customer contracts.
• Lead complex transactions with sophisticated counterparties across multiple jurisdictions.
• Monitor and advise on relevant regulatory, compliance, and legal developments.
• Provide training, maintain and update policies and templates, and develop scalable workflows.

Qualifications:

• Strong academic credentials and membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• 7+ years of relevant experience with top-rated law firm and in-house high-growth tech company preferred.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial SaaS agreements with enterprise customers.

Compensation:

• Base salary range $240,000 to $275,000 plus equity and generous benefits.
• Actual compensation based on qualifications, experience, and location.
