Staff Commercial Counsel

What you'll do:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and execute commercial agreements supporting the company's operations and services.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams on transactions and contracting matters that support growth.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance on contract interpretation and risk allocation.

What success looks like:

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as a thoughtful problem-solving partner.
• Enable timely, informed business decisions during contract negotiations.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, ownership, and reliability in managing assigned matters from intake through execution.

What you'll bring:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• 4+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in healthcare, health-tech, or other regulated organizations.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, communication, organizational, and project-management skills.
