Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Document learnings to create a long-term knowledge management system.
- Create efficiency in contracting processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years drafting and negotiating customer-facing commercial contracts.
- Excellent legal writing and communication skills.
- Proven business acumen and ability to work autonomously.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range $155,000 to $180,000 per year.
