Corporate Counsel

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as lead negotiator on the company's most complex and strategically significant agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts across clinical, development, manufacturing, and commercial activities.
• Define and continuously improve the contract lifecycle, including intake, prioritization, and execution.

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in biotechnology or life sciences.
• Expert-level experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including clinical-development contracts.
