What You’ll Do:
- Own securities and public company reporting, including SEC filings, quarterly reports, and earnings releases.
- Advise on corporate governance, board processes, equity plans, and subsidiary matters.
- Support M&A and strategic transactions from diligence through integration.
What You’ll Bring:
- 6+ years of legal experience with securities and corporate governance.
- JD and active bar admission, plus strong communication and cross-functional skills.
- Ability to work independently across a global remote team.
