About the Role:
- Lead the legal function for a scaling SaaS company, reporting to the CFO.
- Manage legal operations, team, and policies across privacy, contracts, and IP.
What You'll Do:
- Negotiate customer contracts and advise on data privacy, security, and IP.
- Build and mentor the legal team while partnering with Sales, Finance, and People.
What We're Looking For:
- J.D. and active bar membership with 8+ years of legal experience, including SaaS in-house.
- Strong expertise in privacy law, IP, and governance with a pragmatic business mindset.
