AI Integration
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer MSAs, order forms, DPAs, and amendments with higher-ed institutions.
- Manage data privacy compliance, including FERPA, GDPR, and emerging state AI regulations.
- Own insurance renewals, dispute management, and employment support alongside People Ops.
Requirements:
- J.D. and active U.S. state bar license.
- 5-10 years of commercial/contracts law experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of FERPA, state privacy laws, and GDPR.
