Senior Legal Counsel, Data Privacy

Role:

• Serve as in-house legal subject matter expert, partnering with executives on privacy, data, AI, compliance, and commercial contracts.
• Take ownership of GDPR and data compliance vetting, and build repeatable systems for privacy support across products like Subscriber Signals.
• Reduce reliance on outside counsel by owning core legal work and knowing when specialized outside counsel is truly needed.

Your support system:

• Report to the Chief Operating Officer and partner regularly with leaders across product, sales, finance, and people operations.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to move fast without cutting corners, balancing legal strategy with business goals.

Compensation & benefits:

• Standardized salary with this role at level 4 ($227,000) or level 5 ($252,000), plus profit sharing and Kit equity.
