Associate General Counsel, Product & Privacy

About the Role:

• Serve as primary legal partner to Product, Engineering, Design, AI Research, and Security teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead legal support for product development, privacy, AI governance, and regulatory strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on global privacy, data governance, and AI regulatory matters, including user and training data.
• Drive product launches by coordinating cross-functional teams and building scalable legal review processes.

Qualifications:

• J.D. and active bar membership with 10+ years of legal experience, ideally in law firm and in-house roles.
• Strong business judgment and communication skills, with a low-ego, execution-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range: $250,000 - $310,000, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
• Fully remote role based in the US with occasional travel to San Francisco.
