- Support international expansion and subsidiary formation across multiple jurisdictions.
Your Expertise:
- Juris Doctor with active bar membership in Canada or US and 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, securities laws, and public company compliance.
- Experience with financing transactions, equity, and strategic projects.
