Corporate Counsel II - M&A

Accountabilities:

• Review, draft, structure, and negotiate agreements related to mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
• Conduct legal due diligence for M&A transactions and support broader firm-wide due diligence initiatives.
• Partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to provide practical legal guidance aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required; active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
• At least 4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department with demonstrated M&A experience.
• Strong drafting, legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities; financial services experience preferred.
