Job Summary:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Reviewing, drafting, structuring, and negotiating M&A agreements.
  • Conducting legal M&A due diligence and assisting firm-wide efforts.
  • Collaborating with business partners and overseeing outside counsel.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) and licensed to practice law in at least one state.
  • 4+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, with M&A experience required.
  • Strong drafting, research, writing skills and knowledge of federal securities law preferred.
