About the Position:
- We are seeking a Corporate Associate with 3+ years of M&A experience in the insurance brokerage industry.
- This position is eligible for remote work.
About our Practice:
- We represent middle-market companies, private equity funds, and entrepreneurs in M&A transactions from $10M to $1B.
- We handle complex acquisitions, divestitures, ESOPs, joint ventures, and more.
- We combine technical excellence with a practical, business-oriented approach.
Experience Required:
- 3+ years of M&A experience with sophisticated transactional experience in insurance brokerage.
- Experience handling both buy-side and sell-side work.
- Familiarity with capital raises and internal perpetuation transactions.
Salary and Benefits:
- The annual salary range starts at $230,000+.
