Core Responsibilities:
- Build acquisition models and analyze financial statements to support valuation and deal structure.
- Manage transaction execution from LOI to closing, coordinating due diligence across internal teams and advisors.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for leadership and board reviews.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with 2+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
- Expert-level Excel and PowerPoint skills with direct M&A transaction experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
