As the Vice President of Private Equity, you will own the full M&A lifecycle—from diligence through integration—and spearhead value-creation initiatives across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A opportunities that align with CSC’s objectives.

Lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our M&A vertical overseeing diligence and transaction support across high-value renewable energy projects. Manage a high-performing team and own key client relationships while driving scalable processes, services innovation, and cross-functional alignment. This is a high-impact role for someone with deep M&A expertise, operational leadership, and a passion for transforming how clean energy assets are evaluated, acquired, and built.
