About the Role:
- Support the Corporate Development team in executing M&A transactions from sourcing to integration.
- Perform financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence to evaluate potential acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build proforma P&Ls and prepare transaction documentation for board approval.
- Manage data rooms and track post-merger value realization.
- Develop presentation materials and streamline processes with technology.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with 2+ years of M&A or investment banking experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
