Due Diligence
Role Overview:
- The Associate will manage the end-to-end M&A process, including sourcing, due diligence, and transaction execution.
- This role supports acquisition strategy and corporate development initiatives by providing analytical and strategic support.
- Reports to the SVP of Financial Planning and Analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead relationships with investment bankers and intermediaries to surface and track acquisition opportunities.
- Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and synergy cases to support deal evaluation.
- Prepare investment committee and board materials, including deal memos and recommendation decks.
Qualifications:
- Requires 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is needed.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and communication skills are essential.
