Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the process for corporate development projects such as acquisition, investment, or corporate structuring.
- Assist in financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and post-transaction integration.
- Manage capital management priorities and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Enhance existing forecasting models for consistency and accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts.
- Provide insightful commentary on key drivers of variances and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline; MBA is a plus.
- 5-10+ years in deal-oriented teams, investment banking, corporate advisory, or FP&A.
- Experience in project managing corporate-level projects like M&A and ECM transactions.
