This role is ideal for someone with deep financial expertise, who brings both strategic thinking and strong technical skills. As Head of Finance, you will work closely with the CEO to drive strategic financial planning, oversee budgets and forecasting, support future fundraising, and implement systems and controls that grow with us.

This role will create meaningful business impact by helping shape the course of the company’s future growth. As a Senior Analyst, you will closely participate in M&A and BD transactions and will have day-to-day responsibilities across a number of activities including opportunity evaluation, financial analysis, deal execution and related project management. You will be part of a dynamic team which works across the entire organization and has high visibility with Senior Management.

An experienced credit research analyst is needed to join the Debtwire Credit Research Team. You will provide insights and valuation analysis on companies and their securities that are restructuring, in the process of a transforming event or raising capital. Key tasks include reviewing financial statements and legal documents to produce detailed credit research on stressed, distressed, and restructuring companies. The analysis will be produced in reports for subscribers of Debtwire. You will have the option to work remotely.

The Financial Valuation Senior Analyst supports a high-volume, industry-leading sell-side advisory firm and drives financial modeling, valuation analyses, and Quality of Earnings (QoE) assessments across a diverse portfolio of transactions, applying deep analytical expertise and business acumen to support deal execution and strategic decision-making. The analyst maintains a high level of organization and attention to detail, leveraging prior experience in corporate finance or investment banking.

Support one of Juniper Square's largest private equity clients by leading the valuation support for client engagements, managing and executing the valuation process for assigned funds, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with industry best practices, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive valuation-related initiatives.
