- Actively use AI tools as operating infrastructure to accelerate financial analysis.
M&A Financial Partnership:
- Serve as the financial operating voice on every deal the team pursues.
- Contribute a grounded operating perspective to investment committee discussions pre-close.
- Build post-close budgets from scratch with new CEOs.
