Scope of Responsibility:

  • Drive M&A strategy and execution across the acquisition pipeline.
  • Design and execute integration plans from signing through full absorption.
  • Partner on market selection, regulatory pathway, and launch execution for de novo sites.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • 7+ years in corporate development, private equity, or strategy consulting.
  • 3-5+ years in executive leadership or enterprise-level strategic roles.

Other Duties:

  • Serves on the Executive Leadership Team, engaging with the Board and investors.
  • Supports service line expansion, strategic partnerships, and long-range planning.
