Vice President of Corporate Development (M&A)

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Head of M&A to execute SSA’s acquisition strategy across core and adjacent verticals.
• Drive end-to-end deal execution including target evaluation, financial modeling, LOI structuring, and diligence management.
• Build repeatable diligence checklists, playbooks, and internal governance processes to scale the M&A engine.

Deliverables & Outcomes:

• Consistent execution of 10+ quality acquisitions annually in partnership with the Head of M&A.
• Reduction in average deal cycle time while maintaining rigorous diligence standards.
• Highly organized pipeline reporting and executive dashboards with clear financial modeling and return analysis.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in corporate development, private equity, or transaction advisory within an acquisitive organization.
• Direct experience executing lower middle market transactions and managing multiple live deals simultaneously.
• Operator mindset with high integrity, strong judgment, and alignment with SSA’s ownership culture.
