Senior Director, Corporate Development & Financial Markets

Financial Services Ecosystem & Strategic Cultivation:

• Proactively identify and build strategic relationships with solar financiers, tax equity investors, and ESG-focused private equity firms.
• Lead the strategic cultivation of financial institutions to position the company as the premier Back-Up Service Provider.
• Proactively identify opportunities within the financial services ecosystem and partner with the Sales Team.

Transaction Execution & Financial Rigor:

• Lead and manage all phases of the deal lifecycle from initial management meetings through closing.
• Design and execute complex partnership structures for new clients, including Joint Ventures and minority investment structures.
• Own end-to-end financial analysis, including sophisticated DCF modeling and transaction comparability analysis.

Strategic Partnership & Post-Merger Integration:

• Work closely with the CSO to validate strategic alignment, market opportunity, and competitive fit for all targets.
• Drive detailed integration plans for Finance, Operations, and G&A functions to ensure smooth transitions.
• Formalize and continuously improve the company's M&A strategy and tools to build a repeatable, scalable acquisition function.
