- Provides leadership and oversight across syndicated and non-syndicated transactions.
- Partners closely with Credit to proactively identify and mitigate risks.

- Deep expertise in energy sectors.
- Proven experience structuring and executing complex transactions.
- Strong understanding of credit risk, underwriting, and portfolio management principles.
