Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Co-CEOs as the day-to-day point of contact on corporate matters, leases, licensing deals, and large strategic deals.
- Source and structure partnerships aligned with goop's revenue and growth objectives.
- Draft and negotiate deals end to end, including term sheets and definitive agreements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, business affairs, or strategic partnerships.
- MBA strongly preferred.
- Proven track record sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value deals.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $190,000–$210,000 + Options.
