- The VP, Corporate Development will lead the company's inorganic growth strategy, shaping initiatives that accelerate growth and expand market opportunities.
- This role reports to the SVP, Chief Strategy Officer and serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Board.
Your Role:
- Develop and lead corporate development strategy, evaluating acquisitions, investments, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain a long-term opportunity pipeline, guiding transactions from assessment through integration.
- Drive disciplined approach to realizing strategic and financial value from completed transactions.
Role Essentials:
- 12–15+ years of progressive experience in corporate development, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
- Demonstrated success leading complex M&A transactions and strategic growth initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen including valuation, investment analysis, and transaction structuring.
