You will serve in an exciting new role focused on driving growth of stablecoins for payments usage, and continuing our efforts to grow Coinbase internationally. You will be tip of the spear for Coinbase in new markets, working closely with product, regulatory, policy, and legal teams to determine the best way for Coinbase to enter. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly ambitious individual capable of driving strategic initiatives across Latin America, focusing on international market entry and payments.

This individual will be responsible for identifying, structuring, and executing strategic deals that accelerate growth and create long-term business value. The VP will lead negotiations and execution of complex agreements that drive significant business impact. The ideal candidate will work closely with executive leadership to assess, prioritize, and act on partnership opportunities that align with long-term company strategy.
