About the Role:
- The Management Liability Practice Leader develops and executes a best-in-class value proposition addressing diverse management liability needs of IOA clients.
- Serves as the national subject matter expert, partnering with Producers and Account Managers to deliver innovative coverage solutions and risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead practice strategy, carrier evaluation, and market positioning to ensure competitive advantage.
- Provide expert consulting on D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and Kidnap & Ransom coverages with an analytical and data-driven approach.
- Drive sales support, client advisory, and thought leadership across digital and internal platforms.
