What you will do:
- Lead insurance-focused client engagements across risk, compliance, internal audit, governance, and advisory services, with accountability for quality, scope, budget, staffing, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary engagement leader for Life & Health, Property & Casualty, and Reinsurance client relationships, building strong connections with executives.
- Provide practical guidance on insurance industry risks, regulatory developments, and internal controls, and lead cross-functional teams across multiple concurrent engagements.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a relevant credential like CPA, CIA, or CRMA.
- 7+ years of experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or consulting within public accounting, insurance, or advisory services.
- Strong knowledge of Life & Health, Property & Casualty, and Reinsurance operations, products, and regulatory requirements, plus proven ability to manage complex engagements and client relationships.
