Role Overview:

  • Lead and support your team in achieving account and custodial assets growth within existing employer partnerships.
  • Guide your team in establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, including consultants and ecosystem partners.
  • Provide strategic leadership to Account Executives in building business partnerships and analyzing market dynamics.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee consultative strategic activities with employer partners, including plan reviews and financial health initiatives.
  • Support team in developing client financial performance, including renewal planning and profitability.
  • Ensure team delivers exceptional service and solutions while sharing healthcare industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of over 8-10 years working with senior-level executives in insurance or finance.
  • 8-10 years of strategic and consultative selling experience in CDH, insurance, or finance.
  • Expert relationship management skills including negotiation, collaboration, and listening.
