Role Overview:
- Oversee client relationships and business operations within a designated region.
- Manage key accounts, drive regional growth, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Increase agent knowledge and production with appointed carriers and expand with other carriers.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients in the assigned region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years experience marketing P&C including marketing to Independent Agents.
- Experience training and developing agency staff.
