Role Overview:

  • Oversee client relationships and business operations within a designated region.
  • Manage key accounts, drive regional growth, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Increase agent knowledge and production with appointed carriers and expand with other carriers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients in the assigned region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years experience marketing P&C including marketing to Independent Agents.
  • Experience training and developing agency staff.
