Insurance Sales Agent

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text to recommend insurance solutions.
• Meet sales targets through consultative selling and customer relationship building.
• Partner with underwriters and customer service to ensure smooth policy issuance.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• At least 6 months of P&C insurance sales experience and active license.
• Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and telephone software.

HOW WE SUPPORT YOU:

• Base salary of $60,000 with OTE starting at $88,000 and uncapped earnings.
