  • Lead the organization, accuracy, and governance of Kin's operational knowledge base, including content standards and version control.
  • Partner with subject matter experts across Operations, Product, and other teams to translate complex concepts into practical learning resources.

  • Own and drive Kin's token architecture across color, typography, spacing, and motion, establishing Figma-to-code parity and a contribution model.
  • Audit existing component libraries using AI tools to generate a data-backed plan for unifying and streamlining the design system.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and domain designers to make the system the easiest path to a cohesive, on-brand experience across all products.

  • Own end-to-end P&L for the eastern region, driving rate strategy, loss ratio targets, and expense management to deliver sustainable profitability.
  • Lead, develop, and set clear performance expectations for a team of two state managers, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across the region.
  • Define and continuously refine pricing strategies and risk frameworks for eastern states, translating complex data into actionable decisions.
