THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Lead how Kin uses AI to price homes accurately in tough markets, reporting to the Chief Insurance Officer.
- Drive AI-driven pricing initiatives from concept to production.
- Expand AI's footprint into underwriting, product, and operations.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- FCAS or equivalent depth in P&C actuarial pricing with 10+ years of experience.
- Fluency in Python and SQL plus cloud data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
- Experience designing AI systems for regulated environments with human-in-the-loop review.
