About the Role:
- We are seeking experienced insurance professionals to help train and evaluate advanced AI models for insurance-related applications.
- You will develop complex underwriting and claims scenarios, assess AI-generated decisions, and ensure outputs meet rigorous industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design complex underwriting scenarios and claims assessment cases with clear reference answers.
- Evaluate AI-generated recommendations and identify errors in risk classification, policy interpretation, and claims adjudication.
- Provide detailed, evidence-based explanations of evaluation results and apply practical insurance judgment to complex cases.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in underwriting, claims management, risk assessment, or a closely related insurance role.
- Strong practical knowledge of life, health, general, or specialty insurance, with excellent written communication and analytical reasoning.
