A Little More About The role:

  • As the primary contact with employer customers, you will use data to understand client needs and suggest strategic opportunities for renewals and growth.
  • Building strong relationships based on trust and expertise in health insurance is your specialty.
  • You enjoy explaining complex subjects to a variety of audiences.

You Will:

  • Work cross functionally with underwriting, Sales, and leadership to ensure proactive ownership for each client.
  • Be well versed in client data and prepare strategic recommendations to inform renewals and growth opportunities.
  • Facilitate kick-off meetings, conduct monthly claims reviews, and present quarterly progress reports.

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in account management.
  • Must be licensed in health insurance in your home state.
  • 3+ years of account management experience in the health insurance industry.
