Role Overview:

  • Act as the go-to partner for brokers in Texas, building strong relationships and providing insights.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years sales and Broker Development experience.
  • Previous experience as a benefits broker or consultant with a Top 15 firm preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with regional leaders of designated high-performance brokerage firms.
  • Partner with Field Sales to optimize win rates and spearhead renewal efforts.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to maximize brokerage-driven sales targets.
