Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train new agents by promoting BenefitMall's value proposition through deep, trusted relationships and technology solutions.
- Work with agents to develop revenue growth strategies focused on increased sales activity and expanded services.
- Lead POD to service agent business, including training on carrier procedures and strategy calls.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED required; 3+ years in insurance/benefits sales required.
- Active Life & Health License must be obtained within 90 days.
- Strong knowledge of group insurance products and Microsoft Office.
